Data Transfer Agreement Template
The PHRN Data Transfer Working Group has developed a Data Transfer Agreement (DTA) template to assist nodes and data custodians to negotiate an agreement with Curtin University to transfer data to the Centre for Data Linkage to enable cross-jurisdictional linkage.
It may also be a helpful guide for other linkage units wanting
to negotiate the transfer of data to build their linkage
maps.
