PHRN Program Office

PHRN Program Office’s last day will be 24 December and will return on 4 January.

There will be limited monitoring of the PHRN’s Online Application System over the holiday period. If you require assistance, please email and we will respond on our return on 4 January 2021.


SURE’s last day will be 24 December and will return on 4 January.

Over the holiday period the SURE-Admin Inbox will continue to be monitored on business days and we will respond to service interruptions. If users have trouble accessing SURE between Christmas and New Year’s Day, please email SURE Admin at and you will get a response within 24 hours (or on the next business day).

WA Data Linkage Branch (WADLB)

WA Data Linkage Branch’s last day will be 24 December and will return on 4 January.

To enable the Research Data Services team to implement process improvements in the New Year, any applications submitted between 7 December 2020 and 15 January 2021 will not be reviewed until 16 January 2021. Existing applications and projects will continue to be progressed over this period. Note that the last Data Custodian draft application review meeting for 2020 will be held on the 3 December and the first meeting for 2021 will be 21 January.

Data Linkage Queensland (DLQ)

DLQ’s  last day will be 24 December and will return on 4 January.

Centre for Victorian Data Linkage (CVDL)

CVDL will be operating on skeleton staff from 24 December until 4 January.

The CHeReL

The CHeReL will be closed from the 24 December and will re-open on 11 January.

Tasmanian Data Linkage Unit (TDLU(

The TDLU will be closed from the 24 December and will re-open on the 4 January.


The shutdown for AIHW is from midday 24 December to 3 January. We will have limited staff for the week starting 4 January but will  be contactable.
