Our Participants
PHRN delivers coordinated data linkage infrastructure through eight partners located in Australian, state and territory governments, in universities and research institutes across Australia. Investment in our partner organisations enables them to provide highly specialised data linkage technology and expertise for Australian researchers.
National Collaborative Research Infrastructure Strategy (NCRIS)
PHRN receives core funding from the Australian Government’s National Collaborative Research Infrastructure Strategy (NCRIS) program and co-investment from PHRN participants.
PHRN is proud to be part of the NCRIS network which gives researchers and industry access to equipment, data, services and expertise to enable world-leading research and development for the benefit of all Australians.
The capabilities available through the NCRIS network are vast. Find out how NCRIS can support your research through Research Infrastructure Connected.

NCRIS Health Group
Health and medical researchers investigate solutions to complex problems rarely solved by a single discipline. The NCRIS Health Group is a cross-capability collaboration that promotes innovation and the impact of shared outcomes. The Group is coordinated via a leadership group comprising of the Board and Chief Executives of the member capabilities. PHRN is an active member of the NCRIS Health Group.

International Partners
HDRN Canada
As researchers and policymakers continue to face public health challenges that transcend international borders, our partnership with Health Data Research Network (HDRN) Canada signifies a commitment to advance population data linkage in both countries by learning from one another.
To date collaboration has included exploration of methodological and/or technical innovation, joint presentations, workshops and publications.
International Population Data Linkage Network (IPDLN)
The PHRN is a member of the IPDLN network which facilitates communication within a global community of organisations, universities, companies, and others who have a special interest in population data linkage.
