The Population Health Research Network (PHRN) is offering travel scholarships of up to $5,000 to help Australian early career researchers attend the International Population Data Linkage Network (IPDLN) Conference in Rotterdam, 13–16 July 2026.
The scholarships aim to support early career researchers presenting high-quality work that uses PHRN infrastructure, including state and national data linkage units and secure research environments such as SURE and VALT.
To be eligible, applicants must be within five years of completing their PhD, employed by an Australian university, research institute or government agency, and have an accepted oral presentation at IPDLN 2026 showcasing research that uses PHRN infrastructure.
Applications will be assessed on the extent of PHRN infrastructure use, research impact and translation potential, and the quality of the abstract and presentation. Recipients must attend the full conference and contribute to an impact story for the PHRN website.
Applications close 5pm AWST, Monday 15 December 2025.
