Associate Professor Darshini Ayton is the Deputy Head of the Health and Social Care Unit at the School of Public Health and Preventive Medicine and an NHMRC Emerging Leader Fellow (2021–2025). She leads ageing and health services research, with a focus on integrating acute, community, and residential aged care to improve quality of life and care outcomes.

Miriam Lum On leads the Integration Development Unit at AIHW, overseeing collaboration with the interim Australian Centre for Disease Control and advancing the national data integration system, including support for clinical quality registers. She is currently a doctoral candidate at ANU, researching improved multimorbidity measurement using linked data.

Lauran Davis is Senior Legal Research Officer at PHRN. She undertakes legal research and reform activities on behalf of the PHRN. Her focus is on legal and ethical privacy considerations in data management and data linkage in Australia, and the efficacy and viability of existing and future governance and policy frameworks nationally and at a State and Territory level.

Dr Felicity Flack is Senior Manager, Strategy and Services at PHRN. She provides strategic support to the Chief Executive and Board, develops national policies, and coordinates the national strategic planning process. She is also responsible for negotiating strategic partnerships with external collaborators who share common goals and managing communications for the national network.
